Returns and Exchanges

Time Frame

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange at contact@tradegivers.com.
  • Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed.
    • In their original condition with tags attached.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and original shipping fees will be excluded from the store credit or refund.

Damages and Issues

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at contact@tradegivers.com immediately upon receipt.
  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Refundable/Final Sale Merchandise

  • Items marked " Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Track your package here.
  • Report missing packages within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation date.
  • Note: Trade Givers is not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided is correct.
